Senior CRM Developer

1. CRM Development:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and efficient solutions that address business needs.
2. Architecture and Design:
• Contribute to architectural decisions and support the design and evolution of CRM systems.
• Propose and implement creative solutions to complex business challenges.
3. System Integration:
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, including ERP and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Ensure that integration solutions align with business requirements and overall system architecture
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with stakeholders such as project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver CRM solutions that meet or exceed expectations
• Effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of CRM systems and resolve any issues or bugs promptly.
